Refund Policy
At Southern Peach Cargo, we strive to provide our customers with the best service and products. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where an order needs to be cancelled. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand the terms related to cancellations and refunds.
Custom Orders
Custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once they have been placed.
Each custom-built trailer is made to order according to your selected specifications, materials, and options. Because of this personalized process, all sales on custom orders are final.
Order Cancellations Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a $150 processing fee will be charged to cover administrative and processing costs.
The remaining balance of your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is processed.
Order Cancellations After Shipment
If the order has already been shipped, the buyer is responsible for covering both the shipping fees (including the cost to return the trailer, if applicable) and a $150 processing fee.
Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will process your refund minus the applicable fees.
Issues After Delivery
If there are any issues with the trailer after it has been delivered, please contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty inquiries or repairs.
Southern Peach Cargo is not responsible for warranty claims or repairs after delivery. Warranty details should be included with your trailer documentation.
